Shakera “Kera” Grey has over 20 years of proven experience in leadership, IT/Cybersecurity, holding an MBA, Top-Secret Security Clearance, and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.

When Kera first joined the military, some people had doubts, saying that she was too "small" or too "smart" for the lifestyle. Well, that only fueled her fire! She lives for proving others wrong. Her grandma gave her the ultimate power boost when she planted a “Seed of Hope” in Kera at 18 years old. She told Kera to keep God first no matter what obstacles she faced. With the mantra, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Phil 4:13, Kera charged ahead.

Kera has protected top-secret DoD systems from cyber threats, but her mission extends beyond data security to personal growth and leadership development.
