Leader’s Edge Academy provides exam preparation courses for all three levels of RBLP® Leadership Certifications. These certifications prepare managers and leaders to build and lead resilient teams in any organization.
Our exam prep courses are delivered live in a virtual classroom and provide the knowledge, practice, and confidence needed to succeed on the RBLP® oral certification exams.

RBLP® Exam Prep Course (3 modules)
Covers the first 3 modules of the RBLP® curriculum.
Prepares candidates for the RBLP® Leadership Certification. -
RBLP® Coach Exam Prep Course (4 modules)
Covers the first 4 modules of the RBLP® curriculum.
Prepares candidates for the RBLP® Coach Leadership Certification. -
RBLP® Trainer Exam Prep Course (5 modules)
Covers all 5 modules of the RBLP® curriculum, with advanced application and discussion.
Prepares candidates for the RBLP® Trainer Leadership Certification.

First Saturday of Every Month
• Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST (3.5 hours with one short break).
• Covers the first 3 modules of the RBLP® curriculum. -
Weeknight Option (Coach/Trainer prep)
• Meets on select weekday evenings (2-hour sessions).
• Covers modules required for RBLP® Coach and RBLP® Trainer certification.
