Using COOL, CA, or MyCAA for RBLP® Leadership Certifications

If you’re a military member, Guard member, or military spouse looking to use COOL, CA, or MyCAA for your RBLP® Exam Prep Course, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on your service or program link:

   • Army COOL
   • Air Force COOL
   • Navy COOL

2. For Army and Air Force:

   • Search for "Resilience Building Leader Professional" (RBLP®) under "Credentials" and select your certification level (RBLP®, RBLP®-C, or RBLP®-T).
   • Then search for "Armistead Consulting Group" under "Vendors" (our official partner for COOL, CA, and MyCAA funding).
3. For Navy and Marine Corps COOL: contact RBLP.com for quote and they will provide quote.

4. Choose your class date.

5. Submit your application.
